Discovery Green
This 12 acre park in downtown Houston, Texas is ideally located near several popular attractions. The green includes a lake, children's playground, amphitheater, sprawling lawns, dog runs, art exhibits and two restaurants-The Grove and The Lake House. This is a perfect outdoor destination for visitors and locals alike.

Hermann Park
Hermann Park, founded in 1914, is one of Houston's oldest parks and is a perfect recreation destination for the entire family. Home to the Miller Outdoor Theater, Houston Zoo, Houston Museum of Natural Science and the Japanese Garden, there are plenty of educational and entertaining activities to explore in Hermann Park. The Park is ideal for avid golfers and features a golf course and scenic McGovern Lake.

Buffalo Bayou Park
Buffalo Bayou Park features a variety of outdoor recreational activities including exercise trails, canoeing and kayaking. Among the hills and landscape of the bayou are artistic sculptures and spectacular views of the Houston skyline.

Memorial Park
Memorial Park is Texas' largest park, totaling 1,400 acres, conveniently located between downtown Houston and the Uptown/Galleria area along beautiful Memorial Drive. This verdant outdoor space includes an award-winning 18-hole golf course, a 3-mile track for joggers, paved cycling and in-line skating trails, tennis and croquet courts and picnic areas.

House of Blues
In the center of the Houston Pavilion, the famous House of Blues features a restaurant and concert venues which pay homage to the music and culture of the rural South. Showcasing a variety of concerts and musical events throughout the year, this popular club's interior is unique and full of blues memorabilia.  

Theater Under The Stars
Theater Under the Stars is a nonprofit production company of musical theater, showcasing Broadway shows and national and international touring companies in the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts in Houston.

Houston Grand Opera

Houston Symphony

Houston Pavilions
The Houston Pavilions is a one-stop destination for premium shopping, fine dining and nightlife entertainment in Houston. Downtown Aquarium

Sam Houston Race Park

The Sam Houston Race Park is an exciting horse racing track in Houston. With eight bars and two restaurants, the race track's Quarterhorse season runs from June 30 - September 10 with races every Thursday - Sunday.
